Unique royal-cut, duchess/ marquise loose diamond. This diamond is considered a modified Marquise, and named "Duchess" Cut. These are VERY rare, and few and far between. Flat sides, instead of a traditional marquise, that comes to a point on each side. People, will notice since this is NOT a common shaped diamond! Would make a great ring or pendant.
