Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns/exchanges in original condition within 7 days of receiving your order, for the refund less 10% or $10 restocking fee- whichever is more. If you have paid via ShopPay (aka Affirm Payments) the restocking fee for returns is 20%. To initiate a return, please email us directly at info@legacysaintjewelry.com with your name, order number, and items(s) you wish to return. You may also request a return online HERE by creating an account.
Buyer is responsible for shipping back the item and purchasing return shipping. Once we received your returned item(s), your money will be refunded on your original form on payment. Once we have received the item back, please allow for up to 3 business days for a refund confirmation email. Once a refund is processed please allow for up to 7 business days for a refund to post back to your original payment method. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card. Delivery + handling charges are non-refundable. Legacy Saint Jewelry is not responsible for lost packages.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Any custom made pieces are not returnable, due to time + work done for a custom order. Because of this, we are dedicated to working with you personally to ensure your custom order is exactly what you envisioned. Customizations include re-sizing, switching out bails, engraving, etc.
