High End Ring Set in 14KT Yellow Gold signed by Famed Jewelry Designer "Jose Hess"
He was born in Nazi Germany, 1935 and his family fled to Colombia with his family in 1938. Began his jewelry career as a shop boy at 14, and then an apprenticeship.
Immigrated to the US, and after serving in the military, and trade school(NYC), began working for David Webb, before going out on his own. He, along with some others, at that time, responsible for the American rise of jewelry designers. It wasn't even a thing at that time, but his influence changed the industry.
