Estate/ vintage 14KT yellow gold + white gold oval-cut blue sapphire + round diamond accent ring. Lovely estate piece; we have cleaned and looks like new. Yellow gold with stones set in white gold. Stunning dark blue sapphire! Really stunning, sparkling diamonds on each side!
